The Canada Pavilion, titled “The Living City: Inclusive, Sustainable, Creative”, was produced by gsmprjct° for the Cirque du Soleil.

Geometrique was invited by gsmprjct° to participate in the Video projection Studies, 3D Simulations & Renderings, Technical documentation, AV Consultation and Support for three of the installations in this great multimedia environment .

The installation includes a 27 LCD curved video wall, 10 video projectors, a chandelier made of 1920 programmed pixels, a multi-touch interactive table and 8 LED robotised moving lights. All of these elements are reunited under the governance of X-Agora, Moment Factory’s control-software solution.

In collaboration with ONE DROP Foundation, gsmprjct° worked on the development of an innovative and surprising multisensory touring experience entitled AQUA: A JOURNEY INTO THE WORLD OF WATER.

On entering the Bombardier pavilion at the 49th International Paris Air Show and the 2011 Dubai Air Show, visitors were immersed in a sound-and-light environment. Projected onto the fuselage was a 3D mapping simulation of the CSeries assembly process, complete with sound effects.

Les Étoiles du dodo is a new television series produce by Trio Orange for children between 3 and 5 Broadcast on the YOOPA channel. The design chalenge was to find a compromise video projection solution to work within the constraint of a short throw rear projected quarter sphere set.

La Vitrine is an interactive system that act as a window onto culture for the general public. The installation serves as signage, branding and novel form of urban entertainment that entices passersby to discover Montreal culture.
